Mr. Fitzpatrick concentrates his practice in all areas of subrogation, including workers’ compensation, no-fault and property litigation, as well as reimbursement and lien resolution matters.  In addition, he has extensive background in commercial litigation and complex insurance disputes. Mr. Fitzpatrick is an accomplished appellate attorney having argued before the New York State Court of Appeals, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Courts and before each of the Four Departments of the New York State Appellate Division. He is presently the lead partner in the firm’s multi-district litigation, class action litigation and complex multi-party litigation group.  Mr. Fitzpatrick is an active member of the New York Bar and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.  Mr. Fitzpatrick is also an active member of the New York Claims Association, American Society of Workers’ Compensation Professionals and the New York Self Insurers Association.
 
Mr. Fitzpatrick is a cum laude graduate of St. John's University School of Law, graduating in the top 5% of his class as a member of St. John's University Law Review.  He is also a magna cum laude graduate of St. John's University where he was a four year member of the Men's Basketball team and Co-Captain for the 1989 NIT Championship Team as a player for Hall of Fame Coach Lou Carnesecca.
